Dr. Sharma

Dr. Ashmita Sharma, O.D., MHS, earned her Doctor of Optometry degree from Drexel University's Pennsylvania College of Optometry in 2024, and also holds a Master of Health Science in Integrative Health and Wellness from the University of Maryland. She completed a residency in vision rehabilitation at MyVisionFirst in Bethesda, Maryland, with an emphasis on acquired and traumatic brain injury and pediatrics. Dr. Sharma specializes in neuro-optometric rehabilitation — evaluating and treating visual dysfunction related to traumatic brain injury, stroke, and neurological disease — alongside comprehensive eye care and ocular disease management.
